Player Universe

The player pool will consist of the conferences in the BCS:

ACC
SEC
PAC
Big Ten
Big 12
Big East

Plus Notre Dame, for a total of 66 teams.

Rosters

The rosters will consist of 24 players. To avoid player hoarding, the positional limitations are five each of QB and DEF, and seven each of RB and WR. There will be one IR spot per team for a player that is out for the remainder of the season. The intent of this is for a superstar that you would want to keep next season. There is no advantage to have an IR or to place anyone on it otherwise.



Starting Lineup

The starting lineup will consist of 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 DEF. Starting lineups will be due at 12:01 am ET on Thursdays.


Scoring

Since there is higher scoring in college, there will be a little more emphasis on yardage to balance out our scoring so it doesn’t become a TD league. The scoring modifiers will consist of the following:

The problem is there aren't a whole lot of QBs that are for sure going to be good. And it looks like QBs are going to get more points than WRs from this point system.
