I have chosen to sign with the Hawaiian Surge. The Contract status is as follows:
3 years, 2M/year, GM Option for S4 & S5
Clause: If he is banned, suspended, or anything else deemed inappropriate by Ty will force him to forfeit his salary for that year.
Many things came into factor when choosing.
The Chicago Sharks GM, Eielson, showed interest in me. I though will they have a great offense but can't seem to get it done when it counts. And I would be placed at corner 2.
The Dawgs showed interest in me as well. But I didn't want to be in a "new" team. I wanted to be in one that had active memebers, championship calibur offense.
The Hawaii Surge-There members wanted me here. Wilber, Jackson, and Summers all showed interest suprisingly. There active, there a great team, and I hope that I can help lead there defense to the Chicken Land.
I will be accepting any questions you now have. ;D

Wow. And here I thought that had to be the most offensive contract offer ever. The GM refuses to pay for it with team funds, and all the money can be revoked later in the season for unspecified reasons?
The Dawgs have a championship caliber offense as soon as Holt signs on the dotted line.

With Leroy, I think he probably felt more welcome here in Hawaii as he mentioned. Summers, Joe Jack, and I have been in touch with Leroy almost everyday since he walked away from LA.

Nothing in this league is guaranteed. But even without Holt I've got three excellent receivers. Holt would bump one of the top two to the slot, and that would cause matchup problems for anyone we might play. Our offense is as good as anyone's without him, but with him we become the best. Anyway, the only reason you guys even made the LJB is because of strength of schedule.

Also, with a "weaker schedule" a player has a better opportunity to gain more PFP, compared with a tough schedule.

And to Leroy what makes you think the Surge get it done when it counts better than the Sharks?

And to Leroy what makes you think the Surge get it done when it counts better than the Sharks? The only thing the Surge have done when it counts is barely beat arguably the worst team in the league and get beat a lot worse than the Sharks against the Thunder.

The Surge Win. Plain and simple. And now with the Thunder defense damaged heavily we have a chance to strike the iron while its hot.

You should have seen me laughing when I put up 45 points against your defense as a rookie with two games under my belt. Maybe you guys will D-up and hold me to 60 this time around. Actually, I don't know why I'm getting into these arguments. The last team to pat themselves on the back this much in the preseason was the Falcons, and we all know how that turned out.
